The staff displayed genuine hospitality and attended to every need with care. The staff (in my opinion) was also helpful and polite.
I booked a stay there, but the hot water was not consistent in the bath tub. Having plumbers in the room fixing hot water issues on New Year's Eve was quite disappointing. I wish i had booked another place.

amazing stay!
excellent pool russian language breakfast buffet
the facilities and pool were excellent. the resort cleaned up plastic from the beach very fast. the staff were nice, but mostly spoke russian, so english communication was hard. the breakfast buffet was fine, but the same each day.

the beautiful queen bed room included comfortable bedding and standard amenities. a separate sitting area and desk was available. the bathroom included a shower and essential toiletries are provided daily.

admirable stay on the island
genuine hospitality tranquil retreat easy access
the staff extended genuine hospitality. two managers addressed my needs with respect. the pool area provided a tranquil retreat. i also appreciated the restaurant lagoon with ocean views and the best bao buns i have ever tasted. the resort location allowed easy access to vin wonders. the hotel was so great.
i only learned of these closures after arrival. many shops were also closed which was not good.

the room was spacious and clean, and it had beautiful decorations. i found the bed comfortable. the villa featured three bedrooms. a spacious living room was great. i enjoyed the private pool.
